Mr. Liang earned his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University. He is admitted to practice law in New York.

While in law school, Mr. Liang worked as a judicial intern for Judge Marianne B. Bowler at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Liang clerked for Judge Harold W. Fullilove at Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County.

Mr. Liang has helped many prominent foreign talents such as scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, dancers, and business professionals and so on receive their immigration benefits in the United States. Mr. Liang is currently developing a pro bono program to provide free immigration legal services for Ukrainian citizens.

In his free time, Mr. Liang enjoys dancing. He has won the 4th place in a regional Hip Hop and Urban dance competition in China. Mr. Liang is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, and limited professional Korean.
