Kimberly M. DiGiovanni focuses her practice primarily in divorce and family law to serve clients in DuPage, Kane, and Kendall Counties, among others. She also draws on her three years of experience as Assistant State’s Attorney, where she worked alongside Jennifer, to provide criminal defense services for clients charged with domestic battery, DUIs, traffic offenses, or those seeking clemency or expungement services.
After graduating from DePaul University’s College of Law in 2004, Kim has served in various roles in the courtroom. A skilled negotiator, prosecutor, and Guardian ad Litem (currently a GAL in DuPage County), Kim has managed, represented, and maintained in excess of 200 client files in various stages of litigation, both pre- and post-decree. By drawing on her broad range of professional experience and expertise, Kim can assist with any of your family or criminal law needs.
Kim’s current practice areas include the following:

- Criminal Defense – Traffic, DUI, drug court, domestic violence, and felony charges
