Diana began her legal career in 1996 representing the banking industry in foreclosure, bankruptcy and eviction cases for banks such as Fannie Mae, Chase, Ocwen, Fairbanks, Bank of America, PNC, HSBC, Bank One, Regions, Wilshire, Barclay, California Federal, Bank United and many others.

She then advanced on to become the lead managing attorney for one of the largest foreclosure firms in South Florida. As lead managing attorney, Diana was responsible for overseeing more than 120 employees (attorneys and legal staff) and their filing of over 2000 foreclosure cases per year on the behalf of various banks and creditors. Additionally, she started and oversaw the firm's bankruptcy department which went on to represent banks and creditors in thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Diana stopped doing creditor work when she entered private practice in 2005. Since this time, the extensive experience Diana gained from representing creditors has greatly benefited her clients whom she now represents in bankruptcy and foreclosure cases against their creditors. Her firm has filed over 1000 bankruptcy/foreclosure defense cases assisting clients in need.

Ever since entering private practice, in addition to helping clients who were suffering from financial crisis, Diana has also represented clients who have sustained personal injuries caused by the negligence of others. Her compassion and understanding enables her to effectively counsel clients about how their case will proceed, what steps need to be taken to effectively present their case and how long the process is likely to take. Diana's "strong but fair" approach when negotiating with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys, helps her to obtain outstanding results for her clients.
