Board Certified Attorney Abigail Beebe is principal owner of The Law Office of Abigail Beebe, P.A., a West Palm Beach-based marital and family law firm. Beebe has been practicing law for 12 years, starting her career with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc. and later moving to a large South Florida-based firm focusing on a wide range of family law issues. She opened her own practice in July of 2014. She is well known and respected by judges and opposing counsel alike throughout South Florida for her thorough and specialized approach, dedication to the field and overall professionalism. Beebe is also an active participant and influencer in the ongoing discussion and legal battle within the State of Florida over alimony reform, chairing legislation and drafting documentation on the subject. In 2016, Beebe received her Board Certification in Marital Law from The Florida Bar; in 2017, she was selected to the Florida Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers.
Outside of the courtroom, Beebe is Chair of The Florida Bar Family Law Section for 2018-19; she is also a past Chair of the Family Law Section Legislation Committee. Beebe is a founding member of The Susan B. Greenberg Family Law American Inn of Court of the Palm Beaches. She served as the Chair of the Family Law CLE and Unified Family Court Practice Committees for the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Beebe has also chaired the Family Law Section of the Palm Beach County Bench Bar Conference for several years. Beebe founded and Chaired Kids Helping Kids, which benefited the Pat Reeve Village Shelter for The Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County. In 2016, she was named to the Cancer Alliance of Help and Hope’s Board of Directors. In 2013, The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County named Beebe, Family Law Pro Bono Attorney of the year, and in 2015, Florida’s Children First (FCF) named Beebe Pro Bono Attorney of the Year.
