Mr. Liang earned his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
While in law school, Mr. Liang worked as a judicial intern for Judge Marianne B. Bowler at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also interned at a Boston law firm helping clients obtain immigration benefits. Upon graduating from Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Liang clerked for Judge Harold W. Fullilove at Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County.
Prior to joining Hayman Woodward, Mr. Liang worked as an associate at an international firm for clients in China. He has represented clients for a variety of cases, including international arbitration, cross-border investment strategy, and offshore fund disputes, among others.
In his free time, Mr. Liang enjoys traveling, hiking, running, reading, and Broadway shows. Mr. Liang is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese.
